Drawing Closer to God: The Power of Bible Study

In our busy lives, finding ways to deepen our relationship with God is essential. Bible study groups offer a powerful solution that fosters both spiritual growth and community.

This is what we start this Sunday, 27 April at 8am.

When we study scripture together, we primarily draw closer to God as we increase in our knowledge of Him. 

Joshua 1:8 Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.

Group Bible study enriches this journey through:

  • Supportive community where we can be vulnerable
  • Active participation rather than passive learning

Unlike studying alone, where distractions may pull us away, group settings encourage regular engagement with God's Word. Bible study groups provide a nurturing environment where we can grow in faith alongside others.

Remember, Bible study isn't just about information—it's about transformation. Through studying God's Word in community, we don't just learn about God; we encounter Him.
